If you experience a problem with your order, submit a request through our contact form and include your order details.
Return requests should be made within a reasonable period after delivery. Approval may depend on product condition, whether the item has been used, and the nature of the issue.
Used, damaged, modified, or incomplete items may not be eligible for return unless the issue is due to a confirmed defect or shipping problem.
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a return is approved because of a confirmed error or defect, HBS Digital may provide additional return instructions.
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
